At N4 Safety, we understand that church data is a sacred trust. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your staff, volunteers, and congregants.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to power the Command Center:
- Administrative Data: Name, email, and church affiliation for account management.
- Operational Data: Incident reports, check-in logs, and safety rosters uploaded by your team.
- Technical Data: IP addresses and device types used for the "Audit Trail" and security logging.
3. Data Usage & The "Audit Trail"
Data collected within the platform is used exclusively to:
- Facilitate team coordination and scheduling.
- Provide the Ministry with a documented "Liability Shield" in the event of a safety incident.
- Improve the functional performance of the N4 Safety platform.
4. Third-Party Integrations
N4 Safety may integrate with professional partners to provide training content. We only share data with these partners when explicitly authorized by your Ministry's administrator.
5. Security Standards
We employ industry-standard encryption to protect data at rest and in transit. As "Quiet Professionals," we prioritize the security of your Command Center above all else.
